Derrick is the Assurance Risk & Quality Lead within our UK Assurance practice. A chartered accountant and auditor with over 12 years of audit and assurance experience, Derrick helps develop Assurance solutions across different subject matter topics has led on the development of methodologies for ISAE 3000 assurance in the UK firm, and works with teams across the UK practice to ensure high quality standards are met on assurance engagements. With specific subject matter expertise in financial crime, Derrick also sits within our Regulatory Assurance practice working with firms to deliver regulatory reviews of their AML and Sanctions compliance frameworks, internal controls, governance processes, and policies and procedures, identifying areas of enhancement and control improvements to meet regulatory expectations.
