Debbie is a tax partner based in our London office in the private markets team, which deal with privately owned and private equity backed companies. She is a qualified chartered accountant with over twenty years experience advising a wide range of clients on all tax matters. She has advised businesses on tax aspects of disposals, mergers and acquisitions incl pre sale exit planning. She has a particular focus on consumer business and intellectual property planning and international tax issues.
