He has collaborated with insurers, reinsurers, regulatory authorities, and market bodies, delivering strategic advisory and actuarial services.Dimitris is a leader in the actuarial practice of Deloitte across the Middle East, where he advises clients on regulatory strategy, solvency frameworks, and market conduct.
Dimitris has developed deep expertise in insurance regulation, particularly in risk-based capital frameworks and public policy-oriented market studies. He has successfully led numerous industry-wide initiatives, leveraging actuarial modeling to inform regulatory decision-making and drive policy development.
Dimitris holds a BSc in Actuarial science from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and has also held leadership positions in professional actuarial bodies.
