Chris drives Deloitte’s Fair Pay: Strategy and Compliance offering alongside Helen Kaye.
He has specilaised in the Fair Pay areas for over 10 years and has deep experience of working with employers to ensure both compliance and identifying cost savings and efficiencies. Chris also has key relationships with third parties and regulators which enables us to provide key practical advice.
Chris supports clients in understanding the technical requirements of legislation, regulaltions and case law and regularly uses client’s pay and HR data etc. to manage compliance and develop cost saving and compliance strategies. He regularly works with legal colleagues and data specialists to bring a holistic approach to these engagements.
In addition to driving the Fair Pay practice Chris provides broader employment tax advice to his clients.
He is a Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Charteried Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
