I specialise in serving the CFO agenda. I typically lead large Finance change programmes with SAP and Oracle technology platforms. I have extensive experience in designing target operating models and Finance strategies, and am currently Deloitte’s UK Lead for Finance and Performance Management within FSI.
My experience spans more than 30 years, designing and implementing large scale transformation and reporting programmes across multiple industries.
For example, I recently led the implementation of an Oracle Cloud solution to support a major insurer’s global Finance function. The solution integrates with the new IFRS17 solution for reporting purposes and deployed the Oracle consolidation platform FCCS.
I also led the programme of change for a large global bank, including the design of the Operating Model for Finance and Service Management, process design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP.
Increasingly my discussions with clients include ESG and how they meet the upcoming regulatory demands whilst providing the business with the relevant strategic information. I am leading our consulting response to these requirements and embedding these in our methodologies and tools.
