Chris is a partner in Deloitte’s FSI Transaction Services team. He has worked on over 120 transactions in the last 10 years, covering all FSI sub-sectors including retail, corporate and investment banking, fintech, life and general insurance, and broking. Chris has a wide ranging experience across Europe, including IPOs and buyside/sellside acquisitions although his focus areas are acting on behalf of PE investors and he has worked with almost all of the major UK, US and European houses.
