Her key areas of expertise are international tax and transfer pricing and over the years she has assisted groups on numerous commercial and operational projects including M&A divestments, internal reorganisations, and post-merger integrations, as well as tax compliance, advisory and governance. Cath has significant experience leading projects for clients across all Deloitte offerings working with human capital organisations.
