He is highly experienced in leading creditors and debtors through complex restructuring engagements, both in out-of-court and in-court proceedings. Additionally, he has experience in M&A and refinancing transaction due diligence projects for private equity/hedge funds, private equity backed portfolio companies, lenders, and acquisitive companies.

- Advisor to the official committee of unsecured creditors of a $3.5 billion specialty chemicals company
- Financial advisor to a $1.3 billion trucking and logistics company in their refinancing of $250 million of senior debt
- Advisor to the senior lenders of two restructurings of a $600 million construction-related products company
- Chief restructuring officer (CRO) for a $200 million healthcare uniform company
- Expert witness on behalf of unsecured creditors related to solvency of a major chemicals company
- Financial adviser to a multi-bank syndicate of numerous companies ranging in size from $250 million to $1.5 billion in revenue in the trucking, consumer products, manufacturing, and distribution businesses
