Ben is a Director in our Special Situations M&A team, where he utilises the skills he has developed in over 15 years of acting as an advisor, to help clients achieve their goals. Having started his career in the restructuring arena, Ben moved into corporate finance and has since gained a broad range of M&A experience, including mainstream and special situations sell-side and buy-side lead advisory, fundraisings, strategic reviews and valuations. Ben joined Deloitte in 2018 to focus on Special Situations M&A where he applies his blend of restructuring and corporate finance expertise to capture value for clients seeking to exit or acquire businesses facing complex, challenging or business critical issues.
Ben is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
