Andrea has extensive experience managing complex business and customer transformation programmes in the Education sector. She has a strong background in developing, mobilising and managing large-scale programmes from strategy to execution across operating model, business change, service design, and technology selection and implementation. Examples include, leading a transformation programme at a UK HEI developing a customer strategy, re-designing the enterprise operating model, enabled by CRM technology selection and implementation, and supporting the development of a Digital Strategy at a Russell Group University.
Andrea spent 15 years working in the Higher Education sector leading Marketing, Communications, Fundraising and Alumni Relations departments, and brings this experience when working with Education clients.
