Sitting in the Planning and Development Team of Deloitte Real Estate, Alix provides strategic advice to our clients prior to acquisition or development and ongoing project management until implementation of planning permissions.
Since joining the firm, Alix has primarily been advising the City of London Corporation on their Markets Consolidation and Co-location Programme, moving three existing wholesale markets to a single site in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
Alix also has a growing interest in Logistics and Distribution and has been working closely with Deloitle Digital and Consulting Supply Chain teams in exploring the future of retail and its impact on real estate.
