Alex leads the Channel Islands advisory practice and his business areas cover restructuring, transactions, regulatory and controls.
Notable restructuring appointments in the Crown Dependencies include the Providence entities, Long Port Properties, New Earth and UK Secured Finance Fund.

Alex has led the London reporting accountant work for New River, Blackstone/GSO Loan Financing, John Laing Environmental Assets and Toro Capital. In addition, he has undertaken due diligence on multiple corporate service provider transactions.

Alex has assisted a number of global financial institutions in their Channel Islands regulatory response, their assessment of jurisdictional choice and the appropriate business model to address their group priorities. He is based in Guernsey, but has a close working relationship with the financial regulators in each of the Crown Dependencies.

Alex is a UK-qualified insolvency practitioner, a CFA Charterholder, a Fellow of the ICAEW, holder of a first-class honours degree and a Mandarin Chinese speaker.
