​Chris is a Partner in the Deloitte Financial Advisory business and is based in London, where he leads the Private Equity Portfolio team. This cross-discipline team is dedicated to supporting Private Equity Houses and their investments with portfolio optimisation and successful exits via Deloitte’s PE focused value propositions and programmes. Chris also leads a number of key large cap Private Equity house and portfolio relationships for Deloitte. Previously, Chris was an audit partner for 5 years based in Deloitte’s Private Capital audit business leading large scale audits for PE-backed and Private groups. With over 21 years' experience of supporting clients across the 5 Deloitte Private segments specifically Private Equity, Family-run & Owner-Managed, Family Office & High Net Worth Individuals, Partnerships and High Growth, Chris’ clients recognise his ability to build trusted relationships and act as a reliable conduit to the rest of Deloitte to bring the depth and breadth of the firm’s expertise to help them create value. As an Assistant Director, Chris spent a year in Deloitte's M&A business, working on Private Equity and Capital Markets transactions both in the UK and internationally. Chris trained with Andersen before joining Deloitte in 2003.

Rob has over 25 years of experience working with Investors – PE and others - and their management teams to drive performance improvement in commercial situations, as an advisor, investor and operator. He has been active in transactions and in portfolio value creation across the financial services & business services sectors. He mainly focuses on insurance, wealth management and trust sectors, along with associated business services – along with various parts of speciality lending. Prior to Deloitte, Rob was Managing Director within the high growth Private Equity Performance Improvement team at A&M. He previously set up and led the value creation capability at Livingbridge Equity Partners. Prior to this, he was a partner at LEK Consulting. He started his career in finance, acting as FD for the UK subsidiary of a US conglomerate.  

Emma is Global Private Equity Leader at Deloitte, overseeing our growth strategy and global co-ordination efforts to ensure we bring the best of Deloitte to our PE clients and their portfolio companies around the world. Whether we're delivering transaction support services or bringing the breadth of our consulting capabilities to support portfolio company transformation, we get it's all about value creation and, importantly, our goal is to support our clients personally succeed in their roles. In addition to her global PE role, Emma leads our cross-firm CFO Advisory platform in the UK, bringing together everything that Deloitte does to support CFOs and their finance teams. Throughout her career, Emma’s own area of specialism has been working with companies backed by private equity and she has relationships with a number of leading PE houses and their portfolio company CFOs. Emma has lots of experience of working closely with CFOs and their private equity owners throughout the investment cycle and has worked on numerous successful exits. Emma has a BA in Mathematics from Oxford University and an MBA (distinction) from Manchester Business School. Outside of work, Emma is a keen water sports enthusiast and leads a busy family life with three teenage children.
