The Role of AI Tools in Customer Service


The survey will also analyze various AI tools, such as chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and other technologies that support customer service teams. This will enable us to provide insights into the effectiveness of these tools and their impact on customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Based on the survey results, a comprehensive report will be published and made available for download. The publication will include not only analyses and insights but also expert opinions from the industry and a review of key findings from previous Customer Service Excellence report editions. This will allow us to showcase how the customer service landscape has evolved over time.
