Michał is an expert with many years of experience in investment banking, which he gained in Poland and other Central and Eastern European markets. He is skilled in providing comprehensive M&A advice, mainly on the buy-side. He has successfully delivered numerous transactions for private equity investors and their portfolio companies. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking and International and Economic Relations.
