Joanna Świerzyńska

Joanna Świerzyńska is a Managing Partner of Deloitte Poland, Baltics and Ukraine. Previously she was a member of the management board of Deloitte Polska and the partner in charge of the talent agenda development in the firm. As the Global Employer Services Team Leader she advised clients in relation to PIT, social insurance and labour law issues as well as services rendered to employees seconded abroad and foreigners working in Poland. For years she has been involved in activities supporting inclusion and female leadership. She believes in business benefits stemming from diversity. She is an experienced coach and mentor, participating both in internal and external female leader development initiatives, and playing this role in LeadersIn since 2021. At Deloitte, she wants to create an inclusive, value-based environment supporting professional growth of employees.
