About the Deloitte New Zealand CPO Vantage Programme

The Deloitte CPO Vantage Programme is designed to connect, inspire, and enable emerging People and Culture leaders who are on track to be a future Chief People Officer.

This programme offers aspiring People Executives a unique opportunity to join a targeted cohort that:

  • Allows them to connect with other senior practitioners within the profession;
  • Inspires and enables them to strengthen their capability; and
  • Positions them to successfully navigate a changing world as a future senior executive

The programme consists of a series of in person workshops and a virtual connection over a period of 3 months.

Topics covered

The curriculum covers specialist HR topics, thought leadership, market trends, and core capabilities required to prepare for executive roles. Participants will dive-deep into interactive sessions like Navigating Complexity, The Four Faces of the CPO, Perspectives from the C-Suite, and thinking strategically. Learning will be supported by guest speakers from industry, Deloitte case studies, peer learning, leadership inspiration, and knowledge sharing.

Who will attend

Attendees must be nominated by an Executive sponsor and must be likely to take on a CPO role in the next 1 -3 years.
