I advise clients throughout the transaction life cycle, from business readiness to post completion. This involves working alongside vendors and purchasers to ensure a smooth transaction with a focus on reducing execution risk and maximising value.
Helping business owners increase and realise the value of their hard work, is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. I also provide advice and support to a wide range of mid-market clients, in areas including strategy, financial modelling and commercial validation.
In my downtime, you’ll find me spending family time with my wife Michelle, daughter Eva and son George.
