With a physics background, and over 10 years' experience across architecture, design, project management and implementation roles; leading large and small teams, Mark was well placed to uncover a unifying framework for the organisation in 2019 which has since led to groundbreaking methodology for rapid implementation of Configuration Management, and is an active area of research.
