I believe that we need to start thinking of customers as humans, employees as people and both as connected communities. Many people spend the majority of their time at work, which is why creating a meaningful experience at their workplace is critical, not just for their wellbeing but for the organisation and its customers.
I'm a human-centred design practitioner who draws on empathy and creativity to solve problems. I have experience working across a range of sectors, predominantly helping organisations through transformations whether that be transforming their ways of working, culture or strategic initiatives. The main focus of my work is to help organisations become more human-centric or experience-led to drive innovation and better experiences for their customers and workforce.
