This support has encompassed: strategy design and execution; business, operating and organisation model design; business case development and implementation programmes; and benefit realisation and performance monitoring.
As a service design practitioner and change management lead, I believe in collaboration and building strong connections. It’s through these connections that shared goals and priorities can be established, which promote partnerships, collective responsibilities and better outcomes for New Zealand.
