We establish the value of a company based on different scenarios and provide advice during transaction or dispute negotiations. In your annual reporting, we also perform valuations, including ‘purchase price allocations’ and ‘impairment tests’. Or we provide advice on valuations related to tax restructuring.

As advisors, we can support one of the parties in disputes. We also act as an arbitrator or are appointed as an independent expert. We can also determine whether the agreed price is ‘fair’ as an independent expert.
