Maurits van Maren

Partner | Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory | Valuation & Modeling (L2- Strategy & Transactions)

Maurits is co-responsible for Deloitte's 'Valuation & Modelling' service line. He advises clients on complex financial models and various valuation issues. The valuations and analyses provide clients with insights for certain investment decisions, for example in the context of buying or selling a company or division, or during a financial or tax restructuring. Maurits also represents clients in shareholder and commercial disputes. Maurits primarily focuses on clients active in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Chemistry. Additionally, he gives guest lectures on 'Valuation' at multiple universities.
