Our 6th Form Programme puts you at the heart of our Deloitte community, surrounded by experts who can help you flourish.

This experience will help you grow, and it will also give you the chance to explore different business areas and see what types of projects really inspire you.  

It will also help you figure out your next steps after 6th Form.

Programme details

 

Eligibility
  • 1st and 2nd Year 6th Form students
Entry requirements
  • 6 'O' Levels including at least a grade 3 or C in English language and Maths.

  • Dive into real projects, experience professional life, and start honing your skills;
  • Engage in real-world projects with client interaction;
  • Embark on a structured learning journey;
  • Embrace challenging work and substantial growth opportunities;
  • Benefit from dedicated Buddy and Team Leader support;
  • Utilise E-learning resources to fuel your career progression;
  • A chance to make an impact that matters by volunteering with the Deloitte Foundation;
  • A great social life and an opportunity to join the Deloitte Student Network;
  • Participation in team building activities and social events organised by Deloitte; and
  • The opportunity to join our ACCA Programme on completion of your A levels or alternatively our Undergraduate Programme if you decide to pursue your studies at University of Malta or any other tertiary academic institution.
In addition to the above, learn more about your journey with Deloitte as you progress through 6th Form.

  • Hands-on experience is invalualable. That’s why we would like to give you the opportunity to work 20 hours a week during the summer period.
  • You’ll be exposed to real clients and exciting projects through a structured programme of learning.
  • You’ll be able to attend a number of workshops and have access to a number of e-learnings on various topics including soft skills training.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work with other students on the Deloitte Student Network Challenge.
  • You’ll be working on 32 hours during the summer months with the opportunity to continue working during the winter months on a flexible schedule.
  • You’ll continue your learning journey in one of our specialist teams, supporting client-facing colleagues.
  • You’ll have access to further e-learning modules and be able to attend a number of workshops.
