Our Undergraduate Programme is designed for students reading for a degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Master in Accountancy, Law, Information Technology, Criminology, Maths, Statistics and related areas.

You’ll be doing real work from day one, applying the knowledge you’re gaining at university.

This experience will help you grow, and it will also give you the opportunity to explore different business areas and see what types of projects really inspire you.

Furthermore, upon completion of your studies you will be able to join Deloitte on a full-time basis.

Programme highlights

 

This programme is a hands-on opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in a global business environment whilst completing their degree. It offers students a chance to apply their academic knowledge to real client projects, build industry connections, and explore potential career paths at Deloitte.

The programme includes structured modules focused on technical training, business insights, team-building, and professional development.

  • Work on innovative and challenging projects from day one;
  • Work with our professionals during the summer months on full-time basis;
  • Continue working during the academic year with a flexible work schedule aligned to your lecture and exam timetables;
  • Receive an extra stipend during years 4 and 5 of your academic journey (terms apply);
  • Support your career growth with ongoing mentoring and e-learning resources ;
  • Get support in your dissertation;
  • Receive a financial reward when you graduate with distinction;
  • Get the opportunity to visit Deloitte University in Paris (terms apply) when you graduate and commence full time employment with Deloitte;
  • Participate in social events organised by Deloitte; and
  • Have the opportunity to join on full-time basis upon completion of studies.

In addition to the above, learn more about your journey with Deloitte as you progress through your degree on a yearly basis.

  • Working on projects with client exposure in both summer and winter.
  • Opportunity to join the Deloitte Foundation and make an impact that matters by volunteering.
  • Meet fellow students by joining the Deloitte Student Network.
  • Soft skills training.
  • Participate in Deloitte Business Chemistry lab and learn more about yourself and interacting with others.
  • Working on projects with client exposure in both summer and winter.
  • Access the Deloitte Technical Library - training session to support your university studies.

  • IFRS Learning - what are the standards and how are they applied in real life?
  • Career checkin - understanding your options as a graduate.

If you have completed your degree you will have the opportunity to join Deloitte on a full-time basis.

  • Dissertation support in respect to selection of topics.
  • IFRS Learning - what are the standards and how are they applied in real life?
  • Audit software training and its application in different engagements.

At the end of your 4th year, if you have finished your degree you will have the opportunity to join Deloitte on a fulltime basis.
