Dr. Chang-Mo Jung brings over 20 years of experience leading business innovation in data analytics at major Korean enterprises including Samsung, SK, Hyundai Motor Group, and LG. His expertise encompasses the full E2E enterprise data utilization, including AI/ML model development, AI strategy, data engineering, and MLOps.
With extensive experience and theoretical expertise in decision optimization and natural language processing, he currently focuses on implementing AI services based on AI Agent frameworks. His strength lies in applying cutting-edge AI technologies to real-world business environments. He has served as Vice President of the Korean Intelligent Information Systems Society and as a Board Member of the Korean Management Association.
Dr. Jung holds degrees in Management Science from Seoul National University and Yonsei University.
