#GrowYourFuture
Our Development Internship Programme provides an opportunity for us to hire people who are migrants or may not have equal opportunities to work. Diversity creates stronger teams and this internship programme is a true example of what it can bring to our business.
Deloitte Ireland’s Development Internship Programme, launched in 2020,
supports those who have migrated to Ireland to secure employment.
Róisín Fitzpatrick, Irish Corporate Immigration Lead and Partner in the firm’s Tax & Legal department, established this Internship programme as a passion project in collaboration with DLA Piper, the Irish Refugee Council and Business in the Community Ireland (BITCI).
The Development Internship Programme offers a 6-month development internship within Deloitte to migrants who have submitted their application for international protection status and are awaiting a final decision.
The development internship programme provides an opportunity to demonstrate to our business and clients the ease and importance of hiring people of all backgrounds. Diverse teams create stronger teams and the internship programme is a true example of what diversity can bring to our
business.
The Programme provides training & development opportunities to
the interns during their placement, to help them to develop job skills,
improve their CV, and explore career growth areas for the future.
To find out if you, or someone you know is eligible for the programme, go
through the application form via the link below in detail, and if you have any queries about eligibility, you can contact cresponsibility@deloitte.ie and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
