Deloitte Ireland is set to welcome a new group of 15 engineers to our NextGen TechAcademy in Dublin, commencing on 3 November 2025. This initiative is designed to meet growing client demand while supporting our commitment to talent development in the Irish market. What You'll Experience
The program is a 12-month fixed-term contract that begins with a fully paid, 12-week accelerated training programme. Through this high-quality training, you will gain the technical skills and experience needed to thrive and make an impact on some of our most important big-tech clients.

What is the duration of the Academy?
The NextGen Tech Academy is a comprehensive 12-month programme. It begins with an intensive 12-week technical training phase. Upon successful completion of this immersive training, participants will transition to working on real client projects, collaborating with our team of Cloud & AI experts. This offers a rewarding experience through a 12-month fixed-term contract. Join us to elevate your tech career!
Is the training paid?
Yes, you’ll receive a competitive salary from Day 1.
Where is it based and what’s the working pattern?
The programme is based in Dublin. Training will be delivered in a hybrid format. After completing the first 6 weeks of immersive technical training, you’ll follow a hybrid working model with opportunities to collaborate in person at Deloitte’s office or client sites when needed.
