Deloitte Ireland appoints Eoin Gilhooly as Partner to accelerate client transformation delivery

Feb 2026: Deloitte Ireland has announced the appointment of Eoin Gilhooly as a Partner in its Technology & Transformation practice, reinforcing the firm’s focus on helping clients deliver complex change at pace and with certainty.

As the number one professional services firm globally, Deloitte continues to invest in the capabilities that matter most to clients facing large-scale transformation decisions. Eoin’s appointment significantly strengthens Deloitte’s SAP delivery capability, particularly for large, complex transformation programmes. His focus is on end-to-end SAP delivery across consumer goods, life sciences and government, supporting clients through programmes where scale, integration, execution discipline and timelines are critical to success.

Eoin’s career has been defined by building high-performing delivery teams, working closely with client leadership teams, and translating ambition into outcomes across complex, multi-country deployments. His experience spans the full programme lifecycle, from mobilisation and high-level design through to deployment and business adoption, ensuring design and delivery decisions are grounded in real operational outcomes.

His expertise will further enhance Deloitte’s ability to support clients at critical moments, where the consequences of delay or disruption are significant. Eoin’s strong ecosystem relationships and delivery-led approach will further help clients navigate change with greater confidence and control.

Our role is to be one step ahead, anticipating what comes next and delivering with precision. Eoin strengthens our ability to do exactly that. His appointment reflects our continued focus on what is best for our clients and on delivering outcomes that stand up in the real world.

“Clients are making fewer, bigger decisions, with far less margin for error,” says Harry Goddard, CEO of Deloitte Ireland.

And Deloitte brings the scale, multi-disciplinary depth and delivery focus to meet those expectations. I’m excited to join a firm that puts client outcomes first and is committed to helping organisations stay one step ahead as they navigate complex transformations.

“Clients want clarity, speed and results,” Eoin Gilhooly points out.

Eoin’s appointment underscores Deloitte Ireland’s continued investment in strengthening its transformation and delivery capabilities, ensuring clients are supported by teams and leaders that combine global reach with deep local execution.
