Xiomara is a partner in Consulting with a focus on Finance Transformation and the Consumer industry. She has over 18 years’ experience in leading Transformation and Tech enabled programmes across multi-industry and clients. Xiomara leads across large scale transformation programmes including: finance strategy, finance operating model design and execution; process design and improvement; GBS/Shared Service and CoE Op Model design through to execution, and delivering tech enabled transformations through digital tools and SAP.
Xiomara has extensive experience in programme management; change management and C-level stakeholder management and engagement. Xiomara is a chartered accountant with ACCA and holds a Masters from University of London.
