Stephen Prendiville leads Ireland’s sustainable infrastructure and real estate business, where he is focused on supporting public and private entities to accelerate critical infrastructure projects on the island.
He spent nearly a decade in Canada and North America, delivering sustainable mobility solutions as well as climate and infrastructure resilience advisory services. His experience and work to date includes some of the largest and most complex infrastructure undertakings, covering over €50 billion in capital expenditures to date.
Stephen has extensive experience in disruption and strategic advisory (including sustainability and decarbonisation-linked change and opportunity), transaction and commercial advisory, energy transition pathways, real estate and urban development strategy (including transit-oriented development), and social infrastructure projects. However, his primary focus is transportation, including roads and highways, tolling, rail and light rail or metro, and other public transport projects.
