Sarah Jayne leads Deloitte Ireland’s Major Programmes team. The Major Programmes team support clients who are embarking on their biggest and most complex projects and programmes – usually spanning multiple geographies and multi-year programmes.
Sarah Jayne is a Partner in Technology and Transformation on the Human Capital leadership team. Sarah Jayne was central to the set up of Major Programmes in Ireland in 2024, which has allowed us bring the best teams together to support our clients on their transformation agendas.
Sarah Jayne has over 15 years experience helping clients on their most complex and challenging projects and programmes – spanning all industries and organisation size, from new entity set up across geographies, regulatory transformation, platform modernisation to Brexit transformation programmes and more.
Sarah Jayne is a University of Galway alumni, most recently graduating from the Executive MBA in 2021 and is passionate about attracting exceptional talent into Deloitte and for our clients. Sarah Jayne founded the local gender diversity initiative at Deloitte in Ireland which has grown from strength to strength in the last ten years. Gender diversity is something that Sarah Jayne is exceptionally passionate about and she enjoys supporting her clients in attracting and retaining female talent.
