In particular, he has extensive experience with scaling companies, he has worked with all levels of companies in the Irish tech scene from Start-Ups to Unicorns (Valuations over $1Bn). He has vast experience with these companies and understands the pain points they encounter as they grow and expand internationally. He has been involved in several restructuring projects where companies were expanding and also where companies were preparing for an exit.
Shane is a Chartered Tax Advisor (“CTA”) with the Irish Taxation Institute.
