Prior to this, Orla was an experienced Strategic Change Consultant, Executive Coach and HR professional with close to 20 years’ experience gained in both consulting and working independently with businesses within Ireland, the UK and across a variety of industries.
Orla has significant experience in leading the design and delivery of innovative, large scale Organisational Change and Talent Programmes. Orla demonstrates strong expertise in Talent Management including Learning and Development, Capability Assessments, Competency Development, Succession Planning, Engagement, Leadership Development, DE&I, and Employee Experience.
