Oliver’s extensive experience leading major transformation programmes as both a consultant in Ireland, and a public servant in Australia and Canada provides him with a unique perspective on managing and realising the benefits of change in the public sector.
Oliver’s experience includes leading multi year programmes in the justice sector (primarily courts systems), and designing and leading long term digital and business transformation in the healthcare system. He specialises in the design and delivery of large scale transformation programmes, supporting senior leaders across the full range of planning, design and delivery functions. Oliver’s expertise includes developing Strategic Business Cases, organisational strategy, the design of innovative service delivery and operating models, lean based service design, and establishing benefit focused transformation programmes – from Governance and Transformation Office design, to hands on coaching and advisory support for senior leaders across the organisations he supports.
