Nicola is a Partner in our Technology & Transformation practice, leading out on Digital Trust & Privacy.

Nicola has 16+ years’ experience across both industry and professional services and has a diverse and global client portfolio across all sectors (TMT, pharma, financial services, consumer and public sector). She has led on some of Deloitte’s largest privacy and internet regulation engagements, supporting clients with all elements of privacy, emerging technology risk and strategy. Nicola is an expert in Trust by Design (privacy, data governance, trustworthy AI) and has extensive experience across end-to-end engagements with a focus on operations: from maturity assessments at system and department level to strategising, developing, operationalising and redesigning frameworks along with building trust at the product development level.

Nicola is a trusted advisor supporting her clients to rethink their approach to compliance in a fast paced digital ecosystem.  She is forward-thinking and keeps a keen eye on emerging trends and technologies and supports compliance as an enabler to innovative success.   She is at the forefront of technological change and the impact regulations can have on business from a holistic perspective including value that can be realised from trust.

Her qualifications include a Masters in Commercial Law and a Diploma in Technology Law. She is a Fellow of the IAPP (FIP) and holds a CIPP/E and CIPM.
