Niall is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s reward practice, advising companies on all aspects of reward. He started his career with Deloitte UK in Manchester and relocated to Dublin in 2023.
Niall primarily works with management teams to implement equity-based incentive arrangements, covering design, tax, legal and accounting aspects. Niall also provides tax due diligence and structuring advice as part of corporate transactions.
Advice often covers both domestic and international aspects with Niall co-ordinating the provision of advice from various jurisdictions. Niall has extensive experience implementing global equity incentive plans for privately owned groups.
Niall advises a variety of clients from high growth start-ups to listed companies, but with a particular focus on privately owned and private equity backed companies.
Niall has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK since January 2019.
