Niamh has over 11 years’ experience in advising financial services clients, including investment managers, funds (including private equity/real estate funds) and their service providers as well as large multinational groups on Irish and international taxation.
In particular, Niamh specialises in fund and investment structuring, fund set up and the ongoing operational tax and compliance matters arising in the investment management industry.
Niamh is a member of the Irish Funds domestic tax working group, and has worked as a lecturer and examinations moderator for the professional training programmes of the Irish Taxation Institute.
