Michael Flynn is the global infrastructure, transport, and regional government leader for Deloitte. In this role, he leads the global teams focused on public sector investment in infrastructure, transport and mobility, regional and local government (including cities), and climate and environment. He also leads our firmwide global infrastructure practice. Through his global roles, Flynn has worked with teams around the world advising public, private, and banking sectors on government and infrastructure, real estate, project finance, and public and private sector transactions.
