Louise is a partner in Consulting, in the Operations Transformation team. She also leads our Central Government Sector in our Government and Public Services industry.
She has significant experience leading major transformation programmes with Deloitte across Ireland and the UK, specialising in business transformation, digital transformation, and programme leadership. Her work has been across the public sector, including criminal justice, policing, health and social care, transport, housing, and central government. She has also worked with clients across the financial services and not-for-profit sectors. Louise leads Deloitte's Intelligent Automation Team, which works to support organisations to enhance their customer, employee, and citizen journeys, through the delivery of digitally-enabled transformation.
Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Management & Organisational Studies from University College Dublin.
