Joe is a Director within Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice. He has over 15 years of project delivery experience in the Public Sector and Financial Services. Joe has a strong track record in leading large-scale complex programmes with expertise in all areas of programme management, business case development, benefits realisation and stakeholder management. He has extensive experience in PMO design and initiation. Joe has successfully delivered multiple complex programmes for international governments and banking clients.
Joe is the lead for Deloitte Ireland’s Major Programmes Offering, delivering and recovering large-scale, high-profile, complex programmes, in public and private sectors. Joe manages projects through the full lifecycle from PMO mobilisation right through to launch and handover to client teams.
Joe holds a BSc. in Computer Science from Maynooth University and a MSc. In Computing from DIT.
