Hugh is an associate director with Deloitte's Financial Advisory team. specialises in M&A advisory services including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and capital raising.
Hugh has significant experience in the provision of corporate finance and due diligence services on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, advising clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions. A sample of recent assignments include:
- Sell-side advisory to Voxpro on the sale of the business to Telus International.
- Sell-side advisory to Rothco on the sale of the business to Accenture Interactive.
- Buy-side advisory to Sovereign Capital on the MBO of Arachas Corporate Brokers.
- Reporting accountant for Tyco re merger with Johnson Controls.
- Various acquisition due diligence assignments for Glanbia in North America and Aryzta in Europe.
