Dominic is a chartered tax adviser (CTA AITI) and a chartered engineer (CEng MIEI). He works in the Deloitte Real Estate Tax team and specialises in advising non-resident institutional investors and domestic investors and developers on the tax implications arising from the acquisition, holding and disposal of Irish real estate property.
Prior to working in tax, Dominic was a technical engineering director in a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, specialising is structural engineering and project management.
