As head of Deloitte Ireland’s Real Estate (Debt and Capital Advisory) team, Daniel brings over 15 years of corporate finance and real estate experience. Daniel is Deloitte Ireland's Real Estate industry group lead.
Since joining Deloitte in 2014, Daniel has been an advisor to numerous leading property development and investment groups in Ireland, raising over €1.5 billion per annum. Daniel has extensive expertise in structuring, arranging, and raising capital (both debt and equity) for real estate development and investment portfolios.
Daniel leads a team of property professionals (Chartered Town Planners, Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Quantity Surveyors) providing Real Estate Advisory and Real Estate M&A services. He is also an advisor to local authorities, approved housing bodies and state sponsored bodies. He has been involved in numerous landmark transactions across Ireland.
