Before joining Deloitte, Dessie co-led a capital markets business in Ireland across all sectors, and before that managed a broad range of complex assets, portfolios, and loan sales spanning the full real estate spectrum.
Dessie has almost 20 years of experience in real estate investment, people management, and wider business strategy execution. Over his career, he has managed all types of real estate transactions on behalf of a diverse client base, including global institutions, private equity groups, and high-net-worth private family offices. His personal track record includes many of Ireland’s largest and most complex real estate transactions.
