David is a Director and Chartered Valuation Surveyor in Deloitte Real Estate Advisory.
With 15 years’ experience across Real Estate Advisory, Asset/Development Management and Valuation, David provides real estate services to clients across all sectors; advising on real estate development, valuation modelling, scenario analysis, development appraisal, asset management and strategy.
David has advised a number of high profile clients on real estate development modelling and strategic appraisal on both existing investment and development sites; including acquisition, ongoing valuation and potential disposal. David also provides specialist valuation assurance advice on Audit engagements and to clients.
