David Martin, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants is a Director specialising in Debt and Capital Advisory.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 2014, David was with Bank of Ireland for 8 years working in Business Banking, the Specialist Property Group and Corporate Banking Ireland.
David originated, structured and managed numerous debt facilities on a bilateral, club and syndicated basis across a wide range of sectors.
Since joining Deloitte, David has led a number of large assignments including advising a number of PLC’s and large private companies on raising debt facilities through a club of banks. David has also a advised a range of clients on their bilateral senior and stretched-senior debt raises with Domestic/International Banks and Alternative Lenders in the Hospitality, Healthcare, Investment Property, Construction & Retail sectors.
