Danielle is a Director in our Tax & Legal team and advises clients in the financial services industry with a particular focus on aircraft leasing.
Danielle regularly advises on the use of Irish companies in international leasing structures and the implementation of those structures. This includes advising on the establishment of aircraft leasing operations in Ireland, financing arrangements and ongoing Irish and cross border tax advice in relation to the acquisition, disposal, lease and re-financing of aircraft.
