Claire is a Managing Director with Deloitte Transaction Services and has over twenty years’ experience providing acquisition and vendor due diligence services to corporates, plcs and private equity houses across a range of sectors including healthcare, food & beverage, energy & resources and financial services. Claire also has significant experience in capital markets transactions, providing reporting accountant support on capital raisings and IPOs.
Claire is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FCA). She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Business Studies and German (BBS (Lang.)) and was awarded a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin (M.Acc.).

- Mail Metrics: Lender and vendor due diligence services to Mail Metrics on its investment from MML and on the refinancing of its debt facilities.
- Macquarie Asset Management: Financial due diligence on Macquarie Asset Management’s acquisition of Beacon Hospital.
