Ciaran is a partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice and leads the firm’s Human Resources (HR) Technology Practice, as well as Human Capital’s Public Sector business.
Ciaran’s primary specialities relate to transforming and modernising client HR functions through the effective deployment and utilisation of the market leading HR technologies for HR Information, payroll and workforce management systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, UKG and ADP.
Ciaran has over 20 years of commercial experience in helping clients across all industries to effectively reimagine their HR, IT and payroll landscapes. Ciaran uses his skills and experience to transform organisations, delivering solutions that puts workforce data at the clients fingertips, increase the speed and quality of HR decision-making, set the foundation for future enhancements and establish GenAI within organisations - all while ensuring consistent alignment with the people strategy of the wider business.
